One year after winning the 74th Hunger Games, Katniss Everdeen and her partner, Peeta Mellark should go to what is known as the winner of the Tour where they visit all districts. But before leaving, Katniss is visited President Snow, who fears that Katniss vowed a year ago during matches when he decided to die with PETA. With both Katniss and Peeta announced the winners, it is possible uprising fuel.
